Creation stages of ore of ultrabasitemassives of the Kapitanivske ore field were extracted: magmatic, metamorphic, hydrothermal, supergene. Mineral associations creation stages of ore were described. Possible types of ores of investigation massives were determined. Formation accessory of ultrabasitemassives of the Kapitanivske ore field is considered.
